Nation Building School

NATION BUILDING SCHOOL

We believe in the power of everyday citizens to create social change. We teach young people the skills to champion causes and mobilise their communities. We organise leadership programs to help youths in their personal, professional and civic development. As a non-partisan platform, we are building a generation of civic warriors. National Building School is a non-profit organisation led by young professionals. Established in Malaysia on August 2015, we have engaged over 3,000 youth.

Providing Leadership Opportunities for Youth in Malaysia

Leadership programs

Guruship is focused on developing your personal, professional and civic growth.
Every month, you will go through capacity-building and attend sessions with leaders.
To date, 49 Gurus (participants) have graduated from the program.

Forums

Assembly brings together young leaders to engage in conversation on life, leadership and nation-building.
We touch key topics such as career, youth apathy and women empowerment.
Thus far, we have organised 13 Assemblies.

Workshops

Just 3 Hours is a workshop to teach life skills in under 3 hours — from teaching to simulation.
These life skills include communications, job-hunting, networking and project management.
We successfully launched our inaugural Just 3 Hours in October 2017!
